Leslie is a licensed nursing home administrator and has been the Administrator as Aviston Countryside Manor for 15 years. She is a member of the Illinois Nursing Home Administrators Association and the Southwestern Illinois Pioneer Coalition Leadership Team Committee. She has most recently become a board member of the State of Illinois Pioneer Coalition, and attended the 2008 and 2009 National Pioneer Coalition Conferences and the 2008 and 2009 Illinois Pioneer Summits. Leslie is on the planning committee of the 2010 Illinois Pioneer Summit. She completed the Certificate for non-Physicians in Geriatrics in 2007. In 2005, Leslie was part of the planning committee for the Metro-East Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk. She has participated in the “Person-Centered Care Dementia Certificate Program” taught by the Alzheimer’s Association, St. Louis Chapter. Leslie has been instrumental in incorporating culture change in our home.

Tara Hamilton has been a Registered Nurse for 13 years and has worked in various capacities in Long Term Care. Tara worked at Aviston Countryside Manor in the 1990's as a CNA and is very happy to be here. She has been a licensed Administrator for 4 years. She is a resident advocate and strives to provide the dignity, respect and care that the elders at Aviston Countryside Manor deserve. Tara is looking forward to know each of our elders, their family members and the home's staff.

Bobbie Warren has been at the Manor for almost 16 years, 12 as the activity director, receiving her certification in 1998. After moving around for most of her life as an Air Force dependent, she has found a place to call home. She is a member of the Illinois Activity Professional’s Association, the Madison County Association of Activity and Social Service Directors and the Illinois Pioneer Coalition for Culture Change.
